Information we collect
Pull Up Enterprise LLC (“Pullup”) is responsible for the information described in this Policy. We collect account and profile information, verified phone number, role, age and policy confirmations, support messages, event listings, images, approximate area, private venue address and reveal time, orders, tickets, fees, refunds, disputes, payout status, scans, promoter attribution, campaign results, consent records, device details, diagnostic logs, security events, and fraud signals. Stripe receives full card and bank credentials directly; Pullup does not store them.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; publish and discover events; process orders, payouts, and refunds; issue and scan QR tickets; reveal private addresses to authorized ticket holders; provide support; prevent fraud; enforce policies; comply with law; measure event, promoter, campaign, and team performance; and improve Pullup.
SMS and consent data
Phone numbers support one-time login codes and essential transactional texts about purchased events, including ticket, schedule, cancellation, security, and private-address information. Promotional SMS blasts are separate and optional. When Party announcements by SMS is enabled, hosts may send announcements through Pullup only to eligible customers who purchased their tickets and have active promotional consent. We store consent and withdrawal timestamps, campaign content, delivery status, provider identifiers, failures, and opt-out events. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or disable the setting to withdraw promotional consent; reply HELP for help.
How we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to event hosts, their authorized additional host login and event team members, and authorized ticket holders; vendors providing hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payments, payouts, and SMS, including Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Apple, and hosting providers; professional advisers; authorities or emergency responders when legally permitted; and a successor in a business transaction. Hosts receive aggregated sales, audience, scan, promoter, and campaign analytics but do not receive customer phone-number lists through SMS tools.
Sale, advertising, and private addresses
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Exact private event addresses are restricted to authorized people and the configured reveal workflow. Public listing responses should not expose those addresses.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide Pullup, complete transactions, preserve consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, satisfy tax and accounting duties, and comply with law. Retention varies by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may deny location access and decline promotional SMS without losing account or purchase access. Disable promotional SMS in Account settings or reply STOP. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about disclosures. We may verify requests and retain legally required records. We will not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
Adults only, changes, and contact
Pullup is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We may update this Policy prospectively and communicate material changes as required. Send privacy and data requests to support@pulluptickets.com.
